I am a Korean person living in Japan with my family. I have been running a small karaoke bar since 2009 and are keen on cooking classes and making sake. It was featured in magazines, TV, and other media. I like to travel, talk with my new friends and eat delicious food. If you talk about life experiences and manners, food, and alcohol in Japan, please share them with you.

If you meet me on a trip to Japan, you will make special memories!

Yakisoba (Japanese: 焼きそば [jakiꜜsoba]), literally "fried buckwheat", is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish.

Although soba means buckwheat, yakisoba noodles are actually made from wheat flour, and are typically flavored with a condiment similar to oyster sauce.

Beer and Other:

You can taste 3 types of sake !! ( Beer, sake, shochu )

After the meal and 3 drinks tasting, additional order will be charged separately!

There is an extra charge of 500 yen per person for karaoke use for an hour!

My parents came to visit me in Japan and I wanted to take them out to experience a fun night out in Tokyo. I'm glad we ended up booking with Ma, we had such an incredible time! It was also my parent's first proper Japanese dinner, which made me a bit nervous but Ma's Yakisoba was SO tasty! He was so funny and friendly, taught us a lot about his culture and gave us some really good tips about what to do in the area. His bar is really pretty and is located in a typical Japanese street full of tiny bars and restaurants, close to Shinjuku's heart but not as hectic, so this is ideal for those looking for a more authentic experience. We recommend visiting Ma, he will make sure you have a great time in Japan!
